These policies help us provide a safe, consistent and enjoyable service to all our guests.

Please arrive at the time of your reservation, rather than early or late. We allow up to 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. Without notice, we may be unable to hold your table.
Main Courses
We ask guests dining from our main menu to order one main course each. Starters and side dishes do not replace a main course.
Alcohol and Identification
We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18, including with a meal or when accompanied by an adult. We operate Challenge 25 and may request acceptable photographic proof of age from anyone who appears under 25. Without suitable ID, alcohol service will be refused.
Outside Food and Drink
Food or drink brought from elsewhere cannot be consumed on the premises. This includes birthday cakes. This policy supports our food safety procedures and restaurant service.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and always speak to our team before ordering. We will explain what we can safely prepare. We take care to manage allergens, but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.
Special Arrangements
If you require smaller portions or other arrangements for medical or dietary reasons, please contact us in advance. We will discuss what we can reasonably accommodate.
Customer Conduct and Staff Welfare
Abusive, threatening or intimidating behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted physical contact. Our team are required to follow restaurant policies, and any requests for exceptions must be referred to management.
